I was just disappointed the finals had to end in the way that it did.
I have no idea what happened to our bot(they said it might have been antenna problems), but I just would have liked the final match to have been a bit more exciting. A bit more like your first quarterfinals match with the Cheesy Poofs and The GOVS-THAT was a spectacular match
Gratz to both Cali teams and Iolani! You all played a great match. I was very surprised that 687k was picked up as the 6th seeds 1st choice. I definitely thought that you were up there with the Poofs.
As I'm sure you probably all know, something was wrong with the field electronics. Whoever played on the left side of the red alliance always experienced about 20 seconds of dead control. My controls also got reversed in Final match 1.
I still think it's amazing that both CAMS high school teams became tournament champions. Congratulations to everyone that did well at the VRC Pan-Pacific semi finals.
Hooray Go 687J. This is their driver and just want to say congratulation to all of the teams at pan pacific. It was a great competition. Can't wait to see everyone in Dallas.
after watching the live feed, i'm a little sad that the cheezy poofs (254?) wern't in the finals... They seemed to have the most unique design of them all
However, thanks to the California team who pushed us near the minute mark; not sure if that was intentionally to help us, but it at least spurred the robot back to life so we could play for the remaining 50 seconds or so. Still, a bit of a disatisfying loss though. Congrats to Iolani and both California teams though; hopefully we'll see you at worlds. :]
It was really unfortunate that we had to lose in that way; I would have liked to have played out the deciding match in a complete fashion for once(lost on technicality on pinning at Iolani scrimmage). You may not really be able to see it, but 646A was stalled in the far corner due to receiver problems for some 45 seconds.
We also had crystal problems throughout the playoffs, sometimes our arm would malfunction.
The ref decided he would help and changed out the crystals
I can see in the video the ref with the gray hair observing the robot (I believe that he is checking the lights on the microcontroller to see if it is receiving signal) and he didn't call anything so there should be no error.
646A won the Robot Skills Challenge and is going to Dallas,

BTW I like how we flipped at the end and scored the bonus cube for the red alliance HAHAHA
I guess it's good RP's LOL

We should make sure VEX knows about this for future tournaments and for Dallas so that all teams have a fair playing field.
Nonetheless congrats to Alliance #6 on your victory and you can expect to see the pelican again in Dallas =D

Well done. Well done indeed. That was an intense match, and even at this late hour, it does not cease to amaze me.
Well done, all teams.

Cheezy Poofs had a great robot. We faced them in the quarter finals, which was one of our toughest matches. It was really close.
