The first one was a VERY rough draft and I was fighting a cold when I sang it! LOL! But I'm glad you like it. Its still here on my channel if you want to listen to it still. I didn't scare the cat. He just is intimidated by my guitar playing skills. He was a guitarist in another life and freaks out when I jam. LOL! If you listen closely, the high E is open tuned to a low A, then a capo is applied at the 2nd fret making the note drone during the whole song, after the cat takes off that is. :-)

Thanks, man. The guitar is an Alvarez Yairi and I use Logic Pro 8 in an iMac with various mics. My favorite is the Groove Tubes GT55 condenser mic you see in the frame, but I messed up and it wasn't being used in this video-the Mac's internal mic was being used. So in all honesty, it sounds very thin.
