@Jake0Jacob its a tidal flow, this big inlet that has a small neck where it meets the ocean, so when the tide goes out it moves a LOT of water.

This is in british columbia canada half way up the coast, and its just that one wave cause by a rock shelf that shoots out under the water, and the flood tide causes the wave.
