Nope, skeletal muscle is basically any muscle that is no of a hollow organ or the heart, like you know those representation of a human in muscles, like with no skin?, all that red thing is skeletal muscle.

skeletal muscles are easily fatigued. smooth muscles can keep going for life. cardiac muscles rarely tired too.
