my cat got its foot stuck in the blinds, at the bottom of them is a chain thing that connects together with the others on the floor, it was twisted around his leg so i tried to untangle it and he was crying, i didn't know what to do i was trying to untangle it but thankfully i got it out, what other dangers are there? i'd hate something like that to happen while im not home

@NAPREDATOR Clip the cord so it's not a loop, but 2 pieces hanging down. If you can't do that, and you probably can't, then try bunching it all together, putting it inside a baggie, up high to keep your cat from being able to mess with it again.

You're lucky you were there to save your cat! My cat got ahold of a fishing pole type toy and the string got all around her legs like hogtied. She was mad as hell, bit my hands awful, but I got her loose and put that toy away!
