@sloshvictim Then why say they're putting their lives on the line for me? These soldiers are not drafted, they chose to become soldiers. I realise that some of them did so because of financial reasons, which is almost like drafting, but that fault lies with the US government spending 60% of their annual budget on defence alone, while millions lie under the poverty line, and thousands die every year in the US due to easily preventable poverty.

If I had a dollar for every troop I have met who thinks that would should not be in Iraq or Afghanistan I'd be a millionaire and that's not including all the veterans out there who believe the Vietnam war was a load of shit

@stjimmy95 The reason my cousin joined was because he was living on the streets not because he believed in the wars. The U.S does not need a draft when we have poverty. The troops deserve to hear some good punk rock just like all of us at home do.
