Actually to be correct he wrote this song while on tour because he missed his wife infact his wifes name is beth. I learned this from my father who grew up with Kiss and he raised me Listening to kiss from the age of 4 i remember this was the first song he played for me and i'm now 20 and have been listening to kiss since i was child.
