4:28 - 15% damage for a Hadouken. That was Ken's 1st attack on Chun-li. If I didn't better, I'd swear HF had some sort of damage boost trait for 1st attacks when that person is behind on life, as this is the 5th or 6th time I've noted this happening in these matches. It could also be completely random though.

1P's timing seemed a little off; 2P got a lot of throws that he should not have gotten. Still, 1P won.
