Some handling mistakes with the PC devices. The 'engineer' isn't properly earthed and the cards are being directly handled. By the CompTIA A+ guidelines you should only handle cards by the edge and should be earthed with a wrist band connected to an earthed PC or at least keep a hand on the PC case while it is earthed. 1:06 neither is true as the PC isn't plugged in, the correct procedure would be for the PC to be plugged in and switched off at the power supply.
