there is no code for it (not that I know of). you just have to get all the Exterminator Cards

Man doesn't ANYONE "READ" I said I used a CodeBreaker to do this cheat, AND I don't use a CodeBreaker till I have beaten the game 100%! Also you get the Ninja skin and the sword when you get all of the Cards.
