the cable connection is weak and will break. Can damage your PC's USB ports. Avoid until they redesign interface.

@mordrud The interface can be problematic if the unit is handled roughly while connected, but this is the case for nearly every mobile computer with a proprietary interface cable. Unitech also offers a communications cradle that is a lot sturdier and not as prone to damage.
