@damnedfire he isn't using any special type of surface, he is using a "green biscuit" it slides on the ground like a puck on ice you can buy them at most hockey dealers. Hope that helped.

@sbsilvers1 Because when your skills develop you start being able to get ALLOT of flex in your shots. And at one point if you get a hard enough shot off you can break it.

I use a skate board, two thin card board boxes like the ones u get from ikea chairs or fake christmas trees and a broken hockey stick or cheep wood hockey stick. Same concept though.
