Well, I think it was Van Damme's fault, but it was an accident. Putting sharp knives near eyeballs will probably result in someone going blind eventually.

It was Jackson Pinckney's fault! Jackson Pinckney is not a good trained stuntman, why did he do the movie while knowing he is no good?
