  • Ok and cool

  • Thank you very much!

  • nice

  • Thanks!

  • wow i cant type because of my injury. BUT COOL must have taken forever to edit xD

  • Thanks! The hardest part was the running up and down for the camera self timer with a total of 648 steps.

  • i missed this when you first put it up :( im glad i got to see it afterall though :)

  • Great stop motion animation! This must have taken a couple of days at least.

  • Whoops, I did not see the description. Keep up the good work.

  • Thanks! The camera work took about 2 hours but with editing it took 2 days. I did a quick first edit but was not pleased with the pale dark picture and the uninteresting thumbnails. Editing with magnifying cropping and increased saturation and gamma gave the final result. The magnified scenes got a bit too blurry as the original footage 320x240 resolution was too low.

  • Cool. I do a little video editing myself so I can identify with doing some after effects!

  • Yes, with good editing software you can do great things and make up for bad footage. I don't like that the YouTube Partners have the advantage of uploading a separate picture as the thumbnail still while ordinary users have to stick with the three automatically extracted thumbnail stills which often are very unappealing. I takes a lot of testing and time for me to manage to get decent stills.

  • Yeah, YouTube has some weird rules about who can upload what and why. Sometimes you have to work around what it asks you to do and settle for less, although then it is easy to forget about all of the advantages for ease of editing and publishing that it can do! What programs do you use to edit these videos?

  • I mainly use a very basic Camtasia Producer 3.0.2 which I don't recommend. The only thing I like is the 3D WaterMark feature. For image processing like pan, zoom, color, gamma etc. I use the free VirtualDub which I also use to add wav audio (NanDub for mp3). For Chroma Key Effects, I have used the free Wax 2.0 but it crashes a lot. I have bought Ulead Video Studio 10 SE that I never have used because of too heavy System Requirements for my PIII 650 MHz. For audio, I have used Audacity a lot.

  • Okay, I use VirtualDub for most of my basic editing and finishing work. I have had the same experience with Wax crashing (or just not exporting a full file when any setting is slightly off). I don't think Wax is broken, I just think it has a really specific way of doing things and it's not smart enough to work around anything that isn't perfect!

For audio editing I like GoldWave 4.26 and for image-editing stuff I like Fireworks MX.

  • Thanks for the tips! I tried GoldWave many years ago and found it good but had forgotten it. If I recall right, Wax export the latest saved work and not the current unsaved work unlike most other software, first I didn't realize that with strange exports with missing changes as results. I like the movie rendering speed of VirtualDub.

  • VirtualDub really is my favorite basic editor...I like the frame-by-frame editing...which was taken out in 1.9...for a different reason...I think in 1.9 you can save the frame edits as a vcf file or whatever (and that had better be why they changed this), but that really comes at a cost, including not being able to apply a filter to a copied frame since it thinks that any same frame is always the same...on the other hand, you can combine 1.7 and 1.9 into a power combo of basic editing skillz.

  • I like GoldWave 4.26 because it lets me use right and left click to select the beginning and end of a selection. The 5 version though I would rather right click and use my keyboard. :/

  • Okay

  • thats a lot of hard work all them steps.

  • Yes, I realized too late how much work the total number of steps would take. I'm considering buying a new camera that automatically takes pictures with some adjustable interval not having to run forth and back for each picture. Thanks for your comment!

  • Wow, you must of put alot of work into this

    Great as always :D

  • Yes, it was a bit work but it was a beautiful warm day. Thanks!

  • lmao

  • Thanks!

  • That look like it took time and pain...And lots of it. lol

  • Yes, you're right, the 648 steps up and down took their tribute. I have muscle pain now, two days after. Thanks for your comment!

  • Bazaar!

  • Do you mean bazaar in the sense of a market place?

  • lmao haha you rock in stop motion:D

  • Cool! Thanks!

  • That was very well done, did u hurt u r butt??? If u have the time and energy could u please do??? u r awesome.

  • Thanks! The b*** isn't severe hurt, the shorts took the most damage, haha.

  • lol looks painful :P

  • Thanks! Yes, it hurt a bit!

  • That was HISTARICLE!

  • Hahaha! Thanks!

  • hahaha lol i love it

    i swear it's just awesom

  • Thank You! I'm pleased!

  • rofl.. oh man i like this one. real funny

  • Thank you very much!

  • haha haa! Magic!!!!! So funny idea! Wish i could do that ;D!

  • Thanks! I have muscle ache today the day after the shootings. The number of steps was 36. I had to run very fast 36 times and the mean number of steps each run was 18, that makes a total of 36*18=648 steps up and 648 down.

  • You have the sexy. Want fuck?

  • Hahaha!
