Tiffany, this has always been one of my favorite Elton John songs. I thought your rendition was magnificent - a perfect pairing of voice to song. This is an emotionally charged melody, and you always express such emotion when you sing. You bring a tenderness to this full-blown rock aria that is perhaps missing from Elton's original version.
