Simple solution: bait traps with new Jordans. Shoot tranquilizers into coons arriving to steal the Jordans. Collect the tranquilized coons onto old ocean liners. Other coons can be lured onto ships with promises of Jordans; still others can be drawn to swim behind ships with Jordans dangling behind them. Ship coons to a select desert isalnd. Problem solved.
