I know in most sites, they mention that most people have different ways of saying his name, but the correct way (and this coming from one of the artists that has worked with him) says it's pronounced as, "New-Ja-Bess"...

I know for a fact that Substantial says his name in the beginning of the song, "Hikari" (amazing song btw)

It's funny though, This whole time, I've always been pronouncing it as, "New-Hay-Bess" lol

Holy crap man, That's exactly what I noticed when I was just gazing at the video. It started to make me think about the girl I once loved as well and it did start to make me cry. I went through a rough time with that, it brought up pain and memories that I had to endure.

It just sucks to know the girl you fell deeply for started to see someone else. At least I had the courage to tell her, but sadly, she didn't feel the same for me.
