The Inbetweeners is leagues ahead of skins. The new series is laughable, it's a joke. The writers try to cater for young people by putting in a load of cocky, unbelievable characters partaking in parties/sex and drugs. Inbetweeners is more realistic, and the characters are far better. It's just a much better program overall.

To be fair, The Inbetweeners and Skins are very different shows, although I do find the current series more unrealistic(though still entertaining) and not as gripping as the previous two series. The Inbetweeners, on the other hand is underrated, comedy gold. If this was shown on prime-time Channel 4, it would be massive.
