there used to be a company that sold 1/24th scale underchassis kits for the kit cars and seperate wheels and tires etc. I used spiderwire fishing line to the motors etc. there were many kits up to the kit that had 4 seperate motors one to each wheel. you could three wheel , pancake etc etc all with whatever body you wanted. was pricey back in the day though.

I build this ride a year before Lindberg came out with their RC hopper cars called homies hoppers. Those avialable at Ebay and such. Bad thing is they can't lift the rear making it hop terrible.

This one was created some time before a "similar RC" car was released by Crafthouse/Lindberg as their Patriot RC lowrider. My red 66 Riviera has the extra feature of lifting the rear...their version could not and they contacted me after this video was released. I created some realy cool samples for them but unfortunatly they went out of business. Also check out the Homies hopper clip...another sample ride I did.
