  • and there is no safety break away from the farm machine to the pellet maker very dangerous scene

  • poor guy has no respirator .or goggles.

  • looks like alot of work and alot of diesel to make them so where is your savings in burning wood pellets

  • do the pellet just beak off or are they shear off to size

  • Just a disclaimer, that yes the mill should be fastened down, or mounted to the tractor via the 3point. For this demo I did not do this as I had to borrow my neighbors tractor without the 3point. Also guards and/or chains on the pto shaft should be in place. This was the very first run of this mill. After we found this mill was successful, upgrades were made. On another test run we were able to run this on our Ford 8N which I think is around 20hp.

  • Interested in a mill like this. I have a 23 HP sub-compact tractor. Will it be enough to run this unit? Also, not to nit-pick, but you REALLY should use PTO safety chains. :)

    Checking out your website now.

  • What is stopping the mill from spinning if a jam occured? It's not connected to tractor, is is just the weight of it making it stand or is it secured to the floor?
