Why do you run into such a dark place to show case graphics? Not the best environment for that.

Like I said, it didn't work properly. When this was running on the test server, it caused ambient light to just stop illuminating the area for some reason.

I wouldn't say dull, just typical MMO stuff. Not always thrilling, but it's fun anyway.

the DX10 version is in the live servers now. and DAMN you need a badass computer to run it. My pc is good but NOT that good. its buggy as hell.

the dx10 is not finshed yet its soposed to run the same a dx9 when there finshed with it.

dx10 aint finshed yet thats why it says "dx10 test"

Any impovements in the textures in dx10 or only effects?

I'm not all too sure. I haven't really played since I made this video and it was always way too dark to see the textures properly.
I know Dx10 was supposed to improve some of the parallax and normal maps, so I think some textures may have been increased, although maybe not by much. Age of Conan always had really Hi-res textures anyway.

That actually looks pretty good. Can't wait til FC refines it and bring it over live. Atleast once they get DX10 out of the way, they can finally start focusing on the game's progression without having DX10 hanging over their necks.

Yea, it's still very buggy though and the lighting doesn't quite work.
