His music takes me back to memories of proms, Juke boxes, green rivers,convertibles, and the best of times in a much kinder world. To sing like Vaughn Monroe was once a dream, but seems like I sounded more like Kermit the frog.

I know his music from my parents, who I'm thankful still to have with me at 89 and 83.

"There I Said It Again" is a song my father sang to my mother, a beautiful 2nd tenor rendition. I sent the Vaughn Monroe version to my wife for her birthday.
