ok, HOW the fuck do you gain speed for world's second most obvious gap? it is the last gap for me to clear in the entire game, but i have absolutely no idea how to do it, i tried over thousand times :/

Must have special meter fulfilled. Grind to gain speed. If it's still not working try legal cheats.

my speed and ollie stats are maxed, but i still cannot get to the balcony. I grinded the little spine thingy at the beginning on the right, then did the world's most obvious gap then i grind down the stairs and boneless the little ramp but i still can't get there!!! help?

Weird... Hold Ollie while and after grinding - maybe this will help. Sometimes grinds are slowing you down, it depends what grind you do, angle of jump etc.

How to enter a skate park, to break the fence?

At the start go straight ahead. Jump from the steps. There a "balcony" thing on front of you with a rail. Go up on the balcony, grind the rail and wire, that is connected with this rail.

To get this gap U must manual all the way from stairs to stairs. U know that U're losing speed quickly while doing manual so it's impossible to do it in one manual. The easiest way (I think) is to get some serious speed and do manuals as quickly and many as possible to not lose speed. Hope I helped

It's possible without cheats. It's all about speed and timing (perfect launching off the objects - find the best spot). AFAIR U can get this get by grinding the rail on the roof instead jump on it
