this is not a good look for evening, if you were to go out anywhere, the make-up would be far to light, it would disappear in a club or dimly lit restaurant. I am not saying that she should wear more, but she should use a darker color in the crease of her eyelid and also a little contouring of the face would be nice. That way her bone structure will be more apparent and also bring more focus to her eyes.

OH one more thing! Don't say "have fun with it, the more bling the better" and then do nothing more than apply a giant swatch of gold eyeshadow. It would be totally acceptable to do "more bling" esp. with that lip color, but the lips and the eyes just don't match

This was the kind of makeup they were advertising to me when I was 8 years old - and they expect a 30 year old (or whatever) to look 'sophisticated' in that ugly, glittery crap?
