its not crappy in fact without 3.1 we wouldn't have these beautiful oses today 3.1 in my opinion is the most important operating system of all time
the most important of 2000 would be vista eventhough it has driver problems its brought windows into the 21st century

Today's OS are beautiful, but there is something about 3.1 - a bit tacky but cute. Bright retro feel that takes people back to a time when they believe in a better future.
