I think Alex has a healthy viewpoint. This UFO stuff needs to be put into its proper context. Cosmologically space travel is very unlikley when we look at the vastness of space and how long it would take for 'aliens' to visit us. But people are decieved by this as they want to believe that aliens have visited us. It's that idea of filling a gap with things that can't be proved or disproved and it's the media that put the 'alien' idea into the minds of the public in the first place.

Being as this vid goes into technicalities I'll make a comment regarding this project.

I used to work in the electronics industry. Our worskshop foreman a friendly guy, told us that Hitler had scientists doing research into very low frequencies, believing that frequencies around 7HZ could destroy all matter. HAARP resonates at frequences between 6.25 & 6.85HZ causing all matter to resonate to destruction. The FO (resonant frequency) of the brain is at this low frequency too.

However, the physics of waveforms will of course, never change as they are dictated by nature but techniques can change hugely. Frequencies 2.8 - 10MHz is shortwave radio used by aircrafts & control towers over extremely short distances.

It is not one note though.
