Leuchter claimed to have been in Tennessee execution site in 1992 (two years after a failed execution in 1990 in Florida). However the last execution there had been in 1960. A person was executed there in 2007 - according to the City Paper in Nashville, Leuchter said the execution would fail (probably because they would not buy his equipment) but it did not. This film shows clearly what a fraud he is.

The date of the year is given by Leuchter when he said two years ago referring to an incident in 1990. The dates of executions in Tennessee can be independently checked.

However, I appreciate that you may not know how this works so here are the answers :

Executions are carried out by the Dept. of Corrections in Tennessee - you can look at their website for execution dates and methods.

The City Paper in Nashville also has a website. You might want to look at the issue of 12 September 2007.

Also your original comment was a little fuzzy, are you saying this was the last execution? or that Fred A. Leuchter is a fraud for not knowing about it?

@totheman I do not know if it was the last execution, it was the last one when the article was written. Leuchter would not be a fraud for not knowing about it, his racket however, as pointed out in a 1990 article, is to run a shake down racket in which he will testify for the defence against people who refused to buy his equipment. Tennessee did not buy his equipment so he said the equipment would not work.

As for him being a fraud, this film clearly shows he is.

@alanheath your both missing the point of this doc. Yes its mostly propaganda but the one crucial point made was that Leuchter botched his experiment because thick samples caused dilution. Dilution only in the death and not the delousing chamber?

The Institute for Forensic Research, Cracow. 2000 conducted a study. They ridicule leuters use of delousing chamber control samples and their only explanation of the diff is weather damage (not thickness of sample). His results still stand

The results are still valid as leuchter shows the delousing chamber has a higher concentration than in the 'gas chamber' which only contained trace amounts. These results have been affirmed by pro-holocaust scholars, cept they say the difference is due to weathering (not disuse as leuchter belives), I gave you the ref

@utubedetective72 You can see how much of an amateur Leuchter is in this film. You also have explanations of how things may have been moved around in this film. In the first place a delousing chamber would have a much higher concentration and in the second you do not know what size samples Leuchter presented.

Anyone who considers Leuchter's test as clearly shown here to be a serious scientific test is clearly grasping at straws.

@alanheath How is he an amateur? I'm what you would call an amateur, Leuchter was a proffessional gas chamber expert, the only one too. Obviously he was not a chemical analyst so he took the samples to a lab which came up with a result that was later shown to be correct by pro-holocaust historians.

He did not go to the archive - only a few metres away on foot, he did not take proper samples - and he failed to tell the lab' what he was looking for. He admits he is not an expert on gas chambers although he pretends to be an expert on executions - not something supported by those institutions he claimed to have worked with.

Zundel had many historians on his side to determine whether there was in fact written proof of extermination. This may be relevent to the fact of the holocaust but it has no bearing on what Leuchter was sent to exmanine.

He did not design gas chambers for the government - I don't think even he claims this.

With that said, at the trial, two of the three wardens denied his involvement in their gas chamber programs. He helped make the electric chair system in Tennessee more humain and due to his success he went to give advice bout other methods (If one knows anything about euthanasia, it's that it's very difficult)

Mass execution by shooting? Visit Babyn Jar where 33.771 people were killed in 36 hours. @dccmpbll There are only gas chambers at Auschwitz, Majdanek and Stutthof. In other camps the foundations have been found but only in the last ten years by archaeological digs. The one chamber at Auschwitz had various uses through it's existence and was largely reconstructed in 1948. Gas chambers four and five and the white house at Birkenau are just ruins with the outlines shown and the red house has completely disappeared.
