New Cartoon Network SUCKS BIGTIME! Gone is Golden Age of Cartoon Network. At least Nickelodeon listened to the 90's kids' rants and brought back some of their classic best shows such as All That, Rugrats etc. on Teenick under their "The 90s are All That" TV block. This is the greatest idea that Cartoon Network is too stupid and ignorant to come up with. A simple no brainer. All they have to do is to listen. If they have done this before, they wouldn't suck that bad.

idk on my opinion johnny test got messed up after the old version, when the animation changed from fluent and smooth to the character's face changing every time he speaks and most of the time they all yell when they talk.

@darkblade2271 - Agree. I prefer Season One over Season 2 and up to now. It had to do with Kids WB being taken over by 4Kids and the people working with Johnny Test wonder what is going to happen with the show.

So, Teletoons took it over, revamp it from traditional art to Flash animation, and now you have what they are showing on Cartoon Network. Really, it make you question how will the original animation stand up to today's episodes.

I loved how the 2005 bumper (city) changed during sessons! Like, in october, they would have cartoons dressed up in coustumes!

Then, of course, the december/january christmas/winter bumpers! During christmas, the characters would be dressed in winter clothes, doing waky holaday stuff! I loved it!

I also like the 2006 summer bumpers (yes bumpers). I thought they were funny!

But, of course, we need to move on to new bumpers. :(

To answer your question, RebelTaxi99, the city bumpers are made in CGI from a company called Animal Logic. And if you are wondering who created Fred Fredburger, blockemall, it was C.H. Greenblatt, also the creator of Chowder. Greenblatt created that character for Billy and Mandy himself, WITH the approval of the show's creator, Maxwell Atoms. He was also responsible for Spongebob's downfall. In my eyes, C.H. Greenblatt is the WORST cartoonist who ever lived.

I do agree MysticArksRevenge! Maxwell Atoms needs to shoot himself in the head for letting Greenblatt bring in this god awful goul that is Fred Fredburger. The show would have lasted months maybe years longer ONLY IF Atoms did not make that ONE mistake.

i kinda use to like Ben ten then it just started getting unrealistic. i mean a 13ft space creature comes out of a ship and grabs Ben throws you threw 3 buildings Ben gets right back up and says "I'm gonna kick your butt" it is always good to have a good heroic main character but he was just to heroic i think i ten year old would cry if he got punched in the stomach but he's flying threw buildings after building later on a while i didn't know if i liked it or not...
