love your hair carah!! You just asked your hairdresser for layers that start below the chin? Anything else? I would like to get the same haircut like yours ;) x
This has been a life saver for me! Our relentless Texas summer has made my hair a flat grease ball 5 minutes after I walk out of the door. This style and product combo gives me the opportunity to skip a day of washing. A thousand kudos for posting this, Carah! Congrats on the baby!! <3
How is your hair cut? I need to go get layers in my hair again. Not sure if I'm asking this right, but is it cut in the V-shape or U-shape? Thank you. I just subscribed! :D
@tosita29 You should try moisture masques, and a ceramic flat iron, it will help prevent damage.. I like the Karmin G3 Pro with ceramic tourmaline plates, my hair looks very healthy.. good luck!
Wow! I was thinking that you have like 5 months or so but you have the baby already congratulations God bless you and your baby and your new family and you look super beatiful! When the women have the baby they look like tired but you look spectacular!!
@ShadowCherryLove i have one already, its called big sexy curls.... in that video i pin the sides... but you can leave that step out, and its my everyday curl hairstyle that i wear :)
I've started growing my straight across bangs out and they're not long enough to be side swept bangs yet. It's pretty hard to style them and I'm not sure how. They're just past my eye, how did you style them while they were growing out? Please reply, it's sort of stressful for me every morning.
@MyHope17 u should defintly make a braid, like a braid out of ur bangs. its an easy technique to grow out ur bangs and looks superrr cute if u straghten the rest of ur hair and tease it, orrrrr u cud pin them to the side. make a poof. i tend to just put them up wen ther growing out =) lemme know if it helps!
I just saw your side swipe bangs tutorial because I love your hair.. Do you realize that you not only used the same techniques (talk, speed video, more tips) in that video but it was literally recorded a year ago (8/18/2010). How crazy is that!!!
Thanks for the tutorial. I watch and love them all. God bless your daughter. I can't wait to see the labor/delivery video. <3
Carah, I have been meaning to ask you this for a looooong time. First of all congratulations on your baby she is beautiful just like you, now my question, I am currently aplying heat to my hair every day, can you please tell me what do you do and what products you use so that your hair doesnt look damage? Mine is getting really dry on the ends I know I have to cut it but for next time please let me know what you do. Thank you
@tosita29 make sure you use things like heat protectants everyday you use heat. i like the treseme heat tamer. i also use alot of deep conditioners and moisture masques which will help prevent damage in the future!
Could you maybe do a video on different hair styles that look good with different face shapes? Kind of like how you did with the different eye shapes.... just a thought! I love your videos by the way!! You are beautiful!!! =]
I just have one question , Carah , If u style your hair everyday like this by using flat iron , Does it damage your hair ? I know that heat protectant may help but I am not sure if it can help 100 % :)
@luxubumuch it depends on your hair..... and also what products you use in your hair. deep conditioners moisture masques etc are great if you use heat everyday. also if you bleach your hair alot.... heat is going to be worse for it that lets say...someone who doesnt color their hair often.
Hey Carah! Do you cut your own hair? I know you cut your bangs sometimes because I saw your tutorial on that but what about the rest of your hair? And if you do cut it can you do a tutorial on it someday? :)
ok so I need your help I have very very little fine hair almost balding as I like to say lol but frizzy. I love air drying my hair but even if I put serum for the frizz still looks like a mess. I don't use any heat at all. so what can I do? any one?
Congrats on the baby!!! I'm sure she's beautiful! My best friend was also born on the fifth!! Wow they're twins! Cool! I love your videos! Im sure you're going to be a fabulous mother.
Hey! I was wondering if you would recommend getting the vibrating flat iron if you don’t also have a regular one? Or is it better to have both for different things and occasions?
aww congrats o the baby Carah ! also question for u , im looking to kinda use a drug store shampoo for everyday and may be switch it up once a week with the shampoo i usually use which is the matrix essential sleek look 24 hr multi-mend tech
i LOVE your hair.this would look so weird on me haha and i love your bangs SO much, i wish mine looked like that. i'm in my "growing them out" phase...i'll prob re-cut them soon!
I have long, medium thickness, curly/wavy hair and it's all pretty much one layer. I want to get my haircut so that when I put all of my hair in the back, it forms a "V"... what should I tell my hairdresser? What kind of haircut/layers would you recommend? I don't want much off the length. Thanks in advance <3
What kind of haircut would you recommend for someone with really thick hair? Where should layers start? Because I have really thick poofy hair, and I have long layers but it really doesn't do anything!
@sweetswetoldme acually what ive been doing lately is sitting in front a fan while repeatedly brushing/combing my hair. it gets it dry and pretty straight but can take up to 15-20 minutes, but its worth it!!!
i have very thick (when making braid, it comes out very thick) and wavy hair, and since i have it cut simple and straight,, the hair always lies flat against my head,, i want it to be voluminous, what can i do? Do i HAVE to cut it in layers so it wont be that heavy or what? please help!
Congrats on the baby! You look fabulous for just giving birth lol. Glad to see you're still using the vibrating flat iron, I'm always more convinced when people still use products they reviewed highly!
I was doing the exact same thing to my hair:) not curling it, not ironing it, just bending the ends, because my hair is so much like your, just that I feel it's thinner and that I could never grow my hair as long as you do...maybe it's because I dye my hair blonde:( I wanted to say though, that your teeth look a lot whiter and nicer, did you do anything to them?
@BDuarte68 i feel like it runs through my hair alot smoother without sticking. it also speeds up the process i feel like. i can run it through my hair faster with the same result as another flat iron
@6290bella the blonde isnt... but the brown pretty much is. i dye it, but it has faded out a ton since i have been preggo because i wasnt able to dye it much then. so this is pretty close to my natural color
whats that noise your straightener is making?
