Regardless, joining the ARMY is voluntiarily, not obliged, after signing up, why do this?. definitely he should go to jail. It says a lot about his caracter. There is other jobs a soldier can do, he should have trained for something else beforehand, he's a Spc., he had plenty of time; before any war.

He should have gotten worse...no doubt about it. I read and article where it said that he ripped his rank patch off his uniform all pissed as if he was expecting the army to let him keep his rank and stay in...it's the military homeboy, follow your orders like everyone else who has signed the contract. There's a reason they are called rules and orders instead of suggestions...they have penalties that follow them if you break and disobey them.
