I am a conscious eater, meaning I don't have any special diet, but I do watch the quality and quantity of food that I eat. I eat breakfast within two hours of getting up, usually 3 egg whites on whole wheat toast, or multigrain hot cereal. I eat a snack of a banana or other fruit at mid morning. At around 1 or 2pm I eat lunch, which can be anything from a hearty sandwich, to soup and bread, or a large salad. Dinner is very important in that I moderate the amount of food I eat relative to my day.
