  • @utubeisshit523441 There are natural colored diamonds...

  • Comment removed

  • lol at the end "not that there's any need to tell your special lady"

  • This is up there with the wheel, stops blood diamonds and the average man can now afford really decent jewelry with thisnstuff on it, only an idiot would still pay thousands for real diamonds.

  • This is awesome! Plus, you're comfortable knowing it's not "Blood Diamonds". Thanks for sharing.

  • Artificial diamonds are cheaper, but they're also "cleaner". We should be more informed about what's happening in the mines. Young children work there. Some awful wars happening right now in Africa are just for the diamonds' trades. All these far away tragedies are for our "decoration".

  • @ori3374 There is a movie called "Blood Diamonds".

  • @cplai They should show it in the jewelleries...

  • Are lab diamonds going to break the jew cartel like DeBeers? DeBeers manipulates supply of mined diamonds for profit.

  • do the narrator say diamonds smell better??

  • I find it absolutely hysterical, that man-made diamonds, which are actually MORE perfect than mined diamonds are not nearly as costly. I hate humans sometimes.

  • @Kevstar19 Humans are willing to pay more for rare and genuine stuffs. They are willing to tolerate imperfection if they know it is rare. e.g. when you get an autograph from your favorite sport star, you won't complain about the ugly handwriting. I'd agree with you that I'd rather go for perfection than rarity.

  • @Kevstar19 I want to emphasize that mined diamonds are not rare. But mining cost is not cheap either. Imagine how many tons of rocks and ore are moved and processed to yield a few grams of diamonds. (1 carat = 0.2 gram) And only a fraction of those are in gem quality. Not all diamonds are born the same. The brilliance and fire of a good diamond can be spotted across a room. Cheap diamonds just don't have those properties.

  • @Kevstar19 Jews are to blame for that. That's why it's called JEWelry.

  • I want to get a room full of diamonds and swim in them like scrooge mcduck

  • lol yellow diamonds re least desirable of all diamonds. stop lying about their "high value"

  • @exitre look up fancy diamonds and canary diamonds. Regular jewelry stores don't carry them. Diamond color are rated in a letter grade. D is colorless while E, F color is also considered colorless though you can tell a difference if put next to a D color stone. The scale max out at Z. Diamonds that are more yellower than Z are considered fancy diamonds and they are more expensive than D because they are very rarely found in nature. Do your research before calling other a liar.

  • @exitre Jewelry stores that you find in most shopping malls only carry diamonds in I, J or K color. Most people cannot tell their yellow tint until you compare with a D diamond side by side. Expensive fancy diamonds, on the other hand, are unmistakably yellow.

  • @JUNAID187 That's why it's called JEWelry.

  • Chuck Norris eats coal and shits out diamonds

  • Excellant video on growing lab diamonds. Excelant information. thanks

  • Thatsssssssssssssssss a nice diamond you got there. It would be a sssssssssssshame if anything happened to it!

  • @Cams1197 Minecraft ?

  • @cplai Yeah?

  • are these cheaper?

  • @leoisforevercool are you serious? the real question is are these as hard as real diamonds?

  • @guitarrmasta ofc they are. same molecular structure.

  • @Flydeification wow, of course they are not, if they were, they would use artificial diamonds to make tools and stuff that requires diamond dust instead of the real expensive ones

  • @guitarrmasta Well they will do eventually. They have the same tetrahedral structure.

  • @Flydeification dude dont try to fix your error, you already fucked up, and no they will never be as hard as a real diamond

  • @guitarrmasta I did a degree in chemistry. I think I would know. The molecular structure is tetrahedral, the reason diamonds are so strong. Do some research before commenting back please. One day they'll start using artificial diamonds for stuff like tools but at the rate at which they are making them they would rather sell them off as crystals.

Please look up Carbon in diamond form.

  • 1 star no sound

  • @KatiushaVN4 You can hear the narration if you crank the volume way up. Check both the computer's volume and Youtube player's volume. The low volume was caused by weak audio signal from the hardware connection during recording. In fact, I have boosted the signal to 200% but it wasn't enough.

  • yellow/brown are actually more common than colorless..

  • Google LifeGems.

  • The machines had habet of blowing up

  • 1)dimond can be yellow blue and there one of the most rare dimond is balck

2)to make dimond you dont need pressur just heat the black simond im talking about grow in space in the form of a meteroid

  • no wonder both natural n synthetic diamond is so expensive... natural one takes million years... the synthetic one takes million volts...

  • I WONDER HOW MUCH HIS ELECTRIC BILL IS

  • Comment removed

  • @XGCKrazyK First of all, it is not fake. Artificial diamonds are real diamonds, they are just not naturally formed underground. You need a real apple seed to grow an apple tree. Likewise you need a real carbon crystal seed to grow a larger carbon crystal. You don't call all the farmers stupid, do you?

  • Comment removed

  • @XGCKrazyK Learn what the word fake leans

  • Comment removed

  • @cplai dude i dont know about you but i like my meals natural if you know what i mean this is clearly man going against god and nature here and to me it's a no no in another wards i prefer naturally made diamonds from the earth

  • Its with every gemstone after affordable gems

Natural Rubys Saphires Emerald and of course Diamonds have something to do with blood and people dieing

I like gemstons and I always prefer synthetic gems. Im sure no one died from this

And synthetic gems are a huge archivement in human technology

And soon creating is so perfekt that it is impossible to find difference between real and synthetic gems. Gem labors need a chartam example to have a chance

    They struggle already.

  • Women love diamonds for their wide range of industrial applications.

  • How do I do this in Minecraft?

  • that is not hydrochloric acid! That is nitric acid.

  • Lmao at the rappers buying it just because it is expensive and now knowing its a replica.

  • @JimmyCasserole If they bought from a reputable dealer, they should be informed of the true source of the gemstones. It is fair market as long as the stones are not pretending to be something else. To some people, they actually prefer lab-made diamonds because they are guaranteed to be blood-free. There is a 2006 movie called "Blood Diamonds" starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Watch it and you may stop buying natural diamonds too.

  • @JimmyCasserole

In the video it says they're less expensive.

  • diamonds are common in the world, they are only expensive because a company called "The De Beers Group" uses druglords to horde stockpiles of diamonds

they feed a regulated amount of diamonds into the market each year to control the prices

  • @pcmanio

Diamonds are available in many different colours, also pink and yellow.

  • But. Will it blend? that is the question.

  • @pcmanio Define a real diamond

  • @pcmanio artificial diamonds can be made from transparent to red, blue, yellow, orange, etc. it's all about the metallic oxides added to give it color.

  • dimonds are worth at least 70% less than you pay for them in a shop

1.the are not rare (natural ones)

2.they are way to much considering demand.

3.industrial ones are the same as ,,natural" ones and relative cheap to make.

4.we have a cartel (DeBeers&russians etc) so price is way , way to high

5.a bich has to have ring/bling.bling with a stupid stone(s) because marketing is smart and her stupid..

  • will my local jeweler be able to order a man made diamond for me?

  • may i have a job lol

  • make a pickaxe out of them

  • @pcmanio look up canary fancy diamonds on the Internet. They are natural yellow diamonds that cost much much more than colorless diamonds. Or walk into a top tier jeweler such as Tiffany or Cartier and ask for them. Regular jewelers don't sell colored diamonds because regular people cannot afford them. Follow the link in the description to watch about Apollo diamonds, they can be made in all colors including no color. Color does not determine whether it is natural or not.

  • @cplai i think what he ment was pure diamonds transparent.

  • @TheMaazster But that was not what he wrote. He wrote "real", not "pure'. I'd agree with you that pure diamonds (natural or man-made) will be transparent and colorless without the impurity such as nitrogen (yellow), boron (blue) etc.

  • @cplai agreed

  • MEH! I have at least 25 pickaxes and swords worth of diamonds!

  • The last I knew, the largest synthetic diamond crystal grown to date was a 34-carat crystal. Does that record still stand?

  • Diamonds are not rare by any means its all marketing and control of the industry I can almost guarantee you If I dug deep enough in my back yard I could find a diamond

  • @Azicpok1 well how about you start digging because they are worth thousands of dollars dumbass

  • "It is afterall the single hardest natural substance there is" Nope, wurtzite boron nitride is harder, theres also other types carbon crystal stractures that have been found to be harder than your generic mined or synthetic diamond.

  • The dude at 4:47 waves at the camera what a boss lol

  • Chuck Norris could make a diamond by crushing coal in between his thumb and index finger.

  • "honey, I got you a Piss Coloured dimond ring"

  • @MrMatt027 Why don't you look them up? I wonder if they are still in business. IMO, Apollo Diamond is a better process. On the business side, in terms of market positioning, yellow diamonds are not hard to sell. Since naturally mined Canary diamonds are times more expensive than regular diamonds, if they sell the gemesis stones at comparable price, they are still way way above what regular people will pay for something man made. If they sell them cheap, then just become CHEAP. It is a catch-22.

  • @cplai Im going to plant coal and in 100 years it will be a diamond

  • I SO misread the title.... I though like How do you DO artifical diamonds.... LMAO

  • seems like a good way of makin money

  • Pretty sure artificial pink diamonds have been created.

    They fetch mega prices though.

There's got to be way to make larger than 3ct stones too.....must be!

  • @Howitzer909 Check out the technique used by Apollo diamonds. they can do any color of any size because the process is easier to control.

  • @Howitzer909 I put a link to the Apollo diamonds in the description section of this video. While you are at it, look up the videos on diamond computer chips,

  • What happend if the machine expl? how big is the pressure ? did ever something like that happend ?

  • @NACANTWO I don't think there will be a big explosion. The machines seem to just hydraulic presses squeeze inward toward the core piece which is melted metal. So if the machine parts fail to take the pressure, the parts may snap, crack or collapse inward into a pile of metal. In the worst case, the hydraulic hose burst and shoot fluid everywhere. It is not like a pressure cooker where gas and vapor try to expand and blow the machine apart.

  • @cplai are you sure about that ?i mean i saw many things that work with pressure explode do you have a link or a web site where somebody explains it ? it is hard for me to believe it those things 1.work with a lot of pressure 2. and under a lot of heat so where all the stuff comes and goes ?it is a lil like an engine right ?

  • Is it possible to convert your bodily remains into an artificial diamond once you pass away?

  • @GriffinNary Yep

  • @physicsbugga

    Excellent.

  • so the process uses NATURAL diamonds everytime??? When you're buying diamond (right), do they tell you that it's man-made and not natural? or they're rules that govern this? Seeing that I"m against the Diamond Trade, i find this VERY interesting. Are there places where you can buy these diamonds? Thanks for answering!

  • @Danybella Google "Apollo Diamonds" and follow their website to locate a dealer near you. The Gemesis diamonds shown in this video is yellow in color because Nitrogen in the air got into the crystal. Apollo Diamonds are NOT yellow because they used a different process that allows them to remove impurities from the growing chamber. Also watch the Apollo Diamond video attached to this one.

  • so the process uses NATURAL diamonds everytime???

  • @Danybella

Yup, basically diamond cuttings or diamond 'dust' from natural diamonds that have been cut

  • I would prefer a natural gem over a fake or lab-grown any day. It has nothing to do with value, it just more interesting. If you ever seen a lab-grown or lab-created emerald or sapphire and compared them to natural ones, the lab ones are always too perfect, while the natural ones maybe flawed but they took millions of years to form, so I see the flaws as an interesting past story of what the gem and Earth went through. But that's just me. (^_^)

  • Nice DIAMONDS! 1111-2010-2011:)

  • i bought a few charms off of youtube but i found out they where not CZ's so being that gemesis is going bankrupt then that means there not gonna make any more and also it was made with a real diamond

  • @dopephat There are countless diamond imitations. So if it is not CZ, it could be something even worse e.g. glass crystals. On Wikipedia, there is an article titled "Diamond simulant" which lists numerous materials the crooks use to scam diamonds buyers. This is another article titled "Synthetic diamond" which describes pretty much what this video is about.

  • b/c you made it with a real diamond it should be a half real i have a got a few off youtube and everybody says there not cz's now i know what they are

  • What is real anymore? Fake cars, fake watches, fake gold, fake diamonds, all overpriced..

  • @428sj I want to emphasize that these manufactured diamonds are as real as the natural ones. Fake diamonds are usually made of completely different materials to imitate the looks of diamonds, e.g. glass, cubic zirconia etc. Contrarily, these man-made diamonds have identical physical and chemical properties as the natural diamonds mined from the ground.

  • @428sj Actually these are all real diamonds, the question is not about if it's real or fake, it's about if it's NATURAL or ARTIFICIAL.

  • Yellow diamonds are fucking ugly

  • jew invasion !

    JEW ELLER

    xD

  • but you all cant replace the times that spent to make the natural diamond, that is very sacred.... ( sory english isnt my 1st language) ^^v

  • @ninoriskitaufiki how would the person wearing the ring know the difference? say, they didn't know it was lab grown?

  • I wonder how many pink diamonds are actually artificial (if yellows can be made, so can pink - why not) and sold onto the market as legitimate?

  • @Howitzer909 That's why you should request a GIA certificate when you buy high price diamond.

  • @Howitzer909 yellow one is easy... because of nitrogen in the air, to get blue one your need to apply boron gas, to pink one, i believe there's none who made it yet...

  • What Happen Shoot the Diamond with gun

  • @kazularc1 I guess there are two possible outcomes. The diamond may make a dent in the bullet. The diamond may shatter into pieces if the bullet hit the weak plane along the crystal lattice.

  • Technology is amazing..

  • is the best place to find diamonds in solidified lava?

  • @doughauf maybe made diamonds are too pure?

  • @PsilocybinDream The bright yellow diamonds shown in this video are due to the inclusion of nitrogen when the crystal is formed. That is one kind of impurities too.

  • Do they always have to start with a seed diamond. How much are the seed diamonds when purchased. The crystal struture is what make it work I would guess.

  • @doughauf I believe if they don't use a seed, they may end up with multiple tiny crystals that cluster together instead of one big one that can be shaped into a gem stone. Tiny diamonds are abundant, they don't cost much compared to large diamond.

  • @cplai What is the best company for the best quality of lab grown diamond. ONe that could pass for the real deal.

  • @doughauf First of all, synthetic diamonds are real diamond. They are not mined from the ground, but they are real diamonds, i.e. carbon crystals. Distinguish the word synthetic from simulated and imitation. Imitation Diamonds only look like diamonds, they can be made of glass, cubic zirconia and any non-carbon materials. Experts can tell the origins of mined diamonds from the impurities in the crystals. Lab diamonds can be identified likewise.

  • @cplai I hear the name synthetic, flux, lab crated etc. What is the best lab created company in the business. How would they actually tell. Taking a sample of the diamond in gas form testing chemicals. But could someone add these chemicals to the mix to start with. Where can you get the equipment to start one of these.

    Doug Hauf

  • @doughauf Take a look at apollo diamond as a starter.

  • So what happens if you just polish off the laser etching? How would an expert be able to tell if its fake or not?

  • @jwang9989 When you lose your driver license, you don't lose your identity. Without the etching, the experts just need to go through the routine lab test to identify the source. Natural diamonds contain certain impurities that help the experts pinpoint which mine the stones come from. In this case, they probably can easily label it as lab created because the orange color is typical of this kind of diamonds.

  • Wow never knew all this just to make a fugazi diamond

  • well there goes the price of diamonds O_O

  • @DRAGONCLAN1000 don't worry. Diamond price is controlled by DeBeer. Diamonds are so abundant that if it follows free market supply and demand. The price would be a fraction of what it is. Geologists have discovered two huge diamond mines in Canada in last decade. Best of all is that they knew where to look based on certain geologic features. If they found 2 recently, they can find more but studying satellite scans.

  • @cplai I have heard there are some in the Big Horn Mtns of Wyoming?????

  • D= but i am a women and i think women best friend is a kitty! lol

  • @fullmetallover637 Can i play with ur kitty?

  • I have seen natural colored yellow diamonds compared to lab grown. Natural ones are much more prettier. It's a shame too, because the lab grown yellow color screams "fake" even though technically they aren't.

  • @papercandles You would think that they would be the same.

  • how can they tell if its lab made or mined?

  • @PsilocybinDream This is something that I have been wondering myself. I hear that they take a gas sample of the diamond and test for specific minerals or elements that only appear in certain mines.

    DH

  • womens best friend is a kitten lol

  • can you make colourless diamonds in a lab?then if they are cut by an expert doesent it look the same. does lab diamonds have less colour display like blue purple yellow and so?

  • @d7gh2u99wd Colorless diamonds can be synthesized too if impurities are eliminated from the manufacturing process. Artificial diamonds are physically and chemically identical so they can be made to look the same. The Gemisis diamonds are yellow when nitrogen got into the diamond crystal structure because 80% of air is nitrogen.

  • thats why all the florida rappers have huge man made diamonds!

  • @mrgreedy2000 To fucking cheap to purchase real ones?

  • big machine make tiny stuff

  • that small of a diamond can buy nice car

  • @MrGrAnPa69 what kind of car i know i know

  • Great, so that people who's cutting diamond aren't wearing mouth mask. I wonder the what would happen with that fine dusts going into your blood stream.

  • I am not sure if what you said is a real concern. It is almost impossible for dust particle to get into blood stream unless you have a cut or inject using a syringe. Ingesting the dust is safe because they will just come out with the poop. Breathing the dust into the lungs is not a big deal either. Unlike asbestos, the dust from polishing diamond don't have microscopic long crystal that can lodge into tissues. The mucus in the nose and lungs will push them back out as phlegm or booger.

  • @asia911 probably turns you into the hardest person on earth

  • yo imma tryna start my own jewlery company how can i be a wholesaler

  • @1entmusic Well first step would be to go back to school and learn to spell.

  • These crakkkas need machines and labs to make what the beautiful motherland makes naturally, lol.

  • but they accomplish in 4 days what mother nature takes eons to do.

  • But it's not NATURAL diamonds, i hope you not an African decent person making a dumb ass obsolete comment like that.

  • Why does it matter if it is natural or man-made as long as it is physically and chemically identical. Nobody growth willow bark to extract Aspirin after Bayer found a way to make those pills in a factory. Mark my words, in 30 years you will see genetically modified super human. It does not matter if they are natural or artificial when you cannot tell.

  • Yes technology is taking over, and i agree with the whole super human thing, because technology is whitey's spirituality. As long as whitey is around, technology will always progress. And as for the whole natural diamond thing, i didn't think you was gonna take my comment to the head like that, i just made a simple comment. It is impressive to see technology at work, but in my eyes ancient and natural is always better.

  • @cplai but natural diamond will allways be better -_-

  • @tiagandremo Why do you think so? Most natural diamonds have flaws. Artificial diamonds can be made flawless if the synthesis is done is well controlled conditions.

  • @cplai i think so because of a few things, first, even if it haa flaws, theres the thought that that has been under groudn for millions of years, another thing is because, it is natural, not man made so it will allways be worth more, my list is endless...

  • @tiagandremo I won't disagree that natural diamonds are more valuable because they are rare. But "better"? How do you compare? If judged by the physical and chemical property, they are identical. If judged by beauty of the stone, a flawless stone is guaranteed to be more beautiful. So if better is defined by its price, then a cheaper artificial stone should be better. How do you compare petroleum based motor oil vs. synthetic oil? unlike diamond synthetic oil is costly.

  • @cplai even though natural diamonds take millions of years to form they are guaranteed, and artificial, the machine could blow up in your face

  • @tiagandremo Natural diamonds are never guaranteed or you would have them near every volcano, and artificial machines *those ones* would likely just leek the pressure not blow up there are no explosive reactions going on there.

  • @cplai Diamonds are not in fact rare, but hoarded by companies like DeBeers so as to keep the price of diamonds high. I mean, diamonds have been mined for at least a few hundred years with no period of time in which there was shortage. I'm just happy as hell to see that people who don't live in some African nation where they can go mine there own diamond can now get the diamond women want without having to move back in with their parents to pay for it!

  • @TJ347 You are right. Diamonds are abundant. Just in last 2 decades, two new diamond mines were "discovered" in the Canadian tundra. I quoted "discovered" because the geologists knew what to look for. They could identify where potential diamond mines are based on satellite photos. So there is no short of supply of diamonds. The mining process also crushes the ore and the big ones may be damaged in the process too. Therefore, large and flawless diamonds are still hard to come by.

  • Only black man can make the real diamonds and Golds. We are the true alchemist and that's just it.

  • @Thutmosis7 Learn how to fucking spell.

  • @Thutmosis7 AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • cplai is right, they are chemically identical.

They made them of different colors by adding chemical impurities.

  • Boron atoms in the crystal makes it blue like the famous Hope Diamond in the Smithsonian. Nitrogen impurity makes the diamond yellow. Since the air we breath contains 80% Nitrogen, you have to really bend over backward to eliminate Nitrogen from this manufacturing process. They don't bother to eliminate the yellow tint because naturally occurred vivid yellow diamonds are rare and they are sold at higher price as "fancy" diamonds.

  • wuw! IF CAN'T DIG IT FAKE IT!

  • @buang911 No, they didn't fake it. They made it. Artificial diamonds are not imitation diamonds. They are chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds. So they are as real diamonds as you can get, just man-made. Cubic zirconia are fake because they imitate something they are not. On the other hand, if someone sell you a CZ as CZ, not fake diamond, can you still call it fake, because it is real CZ? Along same line of thought, do you consider test-tube babies fake human?

  • @buang911 Search for "What is Moissanite?" on youtube and find out different between real (both natural and artificial) diamonds and other fake diamonds.

  • not fake if made by the actual masterial to make a real one just man made and they pass as real ones meaning they are as real as the natural made ones

  • Imagine a patent on the manufacturing process. Imagine the company selling this out to the diamond industry (eg. De Beers).

Again, the patent process is the most corrupt ridiculous thing ever to come out of the US.

  • Diamonds are so abundant on Earth, if De Beers is not restricting the supply side, diamond price would have dropped to $100 a caret. One advantage of synthetic diamonds is that the quality and size can be controlled in lab conditions. Natural diamonds often include too much impurities and hence large gem quality diamonds are still highly priced. One problem with man made diamonds is the Nitrogen in the air add the yellow color. On the other hand, natural yellow diamonds are very expensive.
