They have it once in a while. What happens is if you buy a ticket to a practice or a season ticket holder then your invited. My grandma is a season ticket holder so i got to go to one in 2002 with shaq
only phil jackson used all the sets from the triangle, so you won't find a team in the league right now that's using the triangle like the lakers, maybe some sets, but not the whole package

I think Winter´s triangle offense it´s maybe an offense way of thinking, involving all the players, instead of an specific offense system.
I haven´t read Winter´s book, but I´ve heard that it contains more than 200 pages, about the triangle offense (there is a wide range of alternatives).
It´s not really a mistery for other teams.
