Being a pilot is easy. The hard part is all of the b.s. that comes along with it. Need a ton of money for flight costs, need a 4 yr education ( again, a ton of money) also you need Multi engine time with plenty of students. The students need to have money to be there.
I don't know why people say you need to have a college degree to become a pilot. Nothing that you learn in college will teach you more about becoming a pilot than flight school will.
@IStealPursesXD True you dont have to go to Collage but if you want to become a Major company pilot for example Quantas they want people who have had 4 years in a collage rather than a person who just went to flight school. who would you pick a person who went to collage for 4 years and flight school or just a person who went to flight school?
I know many guys that started off as flight attendants in major airlines. They worked for several years serving coffee in the cabin while doing their flgiht training on their days off. During their time serving buns they had built up enough contacts with the airline that they were almost guaranteed a job after getting enough experience with smaller operators.
first one u do is wat this guy did. go to a flight school, get your certificates like private pilot lisence, commercial, multi engine and intrument rating. Then go to uni get your 4 yrs degree. after gain some experience.
second join the airfoce. good thing about the airfoce is, not only they train u for free but u get paid. the bad thing is after training u have to serve them between 10-15 years and it can be dangerous.
@ibanez1403 just finish ur high school, join a flying club, get ur ppl and cpl/ir.. apply in emirates , etihad, pia etc.. u will be hired as cadet pilot.SIMPLE
@ibanez1403 hi u just basically have to go to nearest flight school and start with ur private piot license and they will let u know everything discuss these things with any flight school near u
people want to fly because its unusual different, exciting, and unatural in a good way and its probabaly seen as intalectual because its rare to see people who have pilots licences
@applesweeter Why the hell do you keep asking this question on videos..its completely inappropriate for these videos as they do not pertain to the topic of this video....i think is spam
In every airline you start of as a first officer, or a co-pilot. Over time, you get upgraded to captain, or pilot. You can't just choose if you wan't to be a pilot or copilot.
Way of demeaning pilots. Becoming a pilot takes time and effort. It is not straightforward as some think. You do need to study hard and many people fail, but you just need to keep going. I would say becoming a pilot is in a harder than becoming a lawyer for example, because everything lawyers do is in the books. Most of what pilots do are in the books but sometimes things go wrong and you need to have the mental capacity and ability to deal with those problems, so no, its not like driving a car.
Thanks for the info! Good video for those who want to learn to fly.

Dear All,
I have some questions about psychology:
Why do we want to be a pilot? Why do jobs related to aviation considered to be more professional?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorms. :)
