Obviously you are either uneducated or a moron. RE: Tax Records, no trick here, that's why we hire Licensed Realtors because most people do not know how to interpret issues like this, FYI the Tax Record is correct and lists the sale price at 645K, the sale date was 6/2007. You must have been looking at one of the following: Just/Market, Assessed or History Values which show a lower price based on history of past purchase. That's ok I give you by though, your user name says it all.
