So to be honestly it's a lot better to go with an Dominix now, more hp, easier to fit, better tank. Well it lacks the agility Ishtar has but, other than that Dominix is better. And ishtar costs about 95 millions, Dominix 50 millions... Dominix pays you about 62 millions from insurance, ishtar pays 16 millions. That's also why to go with an Dominix instead.
Not really, shield tanked Ishtar works really good, especially for missions. The real question is still: Why he do lvl 2 missions in Ishtar. I do lvl 4's in mine so =S
Why a shield ishtar? and why use a T2 cruiser for lvl 2 missions? i smell overkill

Not really, shield tanked Ishtar works really good, especially for missions. The real question is still: Why he do lvl 2 missions in Ishtar. I do lvl 4's in mine so =S

Because Recon lvl 2 mission has T2 cruisers and friggates in it......
