Make sure to use bolts that do not have thread all the way to the head,or if you do,just make sure the back of the sawblade is in the valleys of all threads..

Thats a nice jig.I am going to make one 2moro.Thanks for the idea,thats one sleepless night outta the way ;) Im a refrigeration tech and i have a stick of brown tip silver solder and a mapp gas torch laying around,but no flux.I never use flux on my copper to copper joins with this stuff.

Do you think it will work on steel with no flux?

Thanks.. yeah I've been a new thing.. working without electricity.. so my bandsaw needs are very low priority.. but when I need to fix blades as a batch, I'll order silver solder and video it.. I have not forgotten you! Hey.. BTW.. check out my music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : )
