When going up, get a wide base and keep still, do not allow your elbows to move, start light until you have forced your mind to allow proper form.
man i went from a 132 pounds bodyweight to 190 thanks to only three exercises, bench press, deadlift and SQUAT, if you are natural you need to stimulate your muscles by doing multi-joint movements such as the ones mentioned above, nobody gets big by doing curls...du pullups instead, curls are good, i perform them too, but its my last movement in the back day, multi-joint movements, basic movements is the way to go
i dont know why but only my biceps never get stronger when i do these..i've been doing only 25 lb dumb bell curls for a month and they've barely got stronger..pretty sure im doing the correct form..i do 7-10 reps
With a dumbbell sitting down normally on a bench or chair - rest the whole of your lower arm on your thigh so palm is facing up. With your hand over the edge of your knee roll the dumbbell into the tips of your fingers then bring the dumbbell back up into your hand and move your wrist up so your knuckles are facing the roof, hold and repeat. Sorry this is so messily laid out don't have time - if this doesn't make sense again I am sorry
Good grief. Squats are about the worst thing you can do to your body. Pre-exhaustion, isolation and train-to-failure is how it's done in the 21st century.
is it possible to do to many sets i normally do 3 to 5 sets on bi's then the same on tri's is more over doing it straining the muscles or is the more the merrier yesterday i did like 12 sets after the 4th set my arms felt great but at the end set my arms didn't feel nearly as pumped
My backs started to like naturally curve because of doing bicep curls :S any idea on how to even things out?
