  • Charles, then why has your website come to a complete ghost town? EVERYTHING you said has proven incorrect. Time has told. You couldn't have been more incorrect with all 30 of your attempts to convince of a market turnaround.  I bet you lost your house.

  • This guys smoking crack, goto Realtytrac and check a few Zipcodes. Here is East SF Bay, there are a huge amount of houses in Pre-Foreclosure, Auction, and REO.
