They painted a picture with a 'fundamental' Saddam Hussain holding the keys to nuclear weapons, and this gave the western forces the 'reason' to invade. I've studied American history, and I can fully tell you, if anything, they never EVER learn from their mistakes. Considering the issue regarding nuclear power, don't YOU think that Iran has a right to hold them? Bare in mind the Iranian history of non violence and compliance.

Russia still has close to the same amount as the US if not more but many are too old to really think about using however just a small percentage would be enough to wipe out the entire world's population so I am actually firmly against ANY country using nuclear energy (japan is a good reason why) if a nation does get attacked by a WMD good chance they will target the plants to ensure great dmg.

Iran and Russia have the largest natural gas reserves in the world, and Russia is happy to have Iran under sanctions and hostility with West, so that it can export its gas without competition from Iran. If they cared they would have sold the S200 missiles to Iran. China's relationship to US is too important to intervene.China helps Iran only indirectly with military tech.
