@CelinishAnime I think they base it not only on sales..lets face it..crap can sell..example, T pain, Madonna..who btw has sold quite a bit, even Taylor Swift can sell a million in a week. It's the fact that she has had more number one singles than any other artist.which include tons of platinum singles..umm Celine is great but how many number ones does she have? @ljchaisson If the topic is best selling female artist then what you said is irrelevant. Writing your work and having more awards doesn't decide who the best selling artist is. That would be album units sold, and Celine has sold more than Mariah. Again, I'm not hating, facts are just facts, and her label is in huge denial.

I think its stupid to argue over this bull.
