  • where have the '90s gone?

  • saw for first time in 99 at woodstock...10,000th view for da jungle!!! love this band!

  • Hearing this played at Another Roadside Attraction in 95 was one of the defining concert moments of my life.

  • Also turn it 500 times louder than what you hear now and stand in a 40,000 people crowd and jump around and then you will know what im talking about.

  • oh my god buddy...i couldn't have put it better myself...i saw that tour in Montreal...actually it might have been just off the island on rt. 30??? my first hip show that night came within hours of being discharged from the ARMY. CHANGED MY LIFE, TOO. i couldn't believe how INSANE the crowd was...until i was swept up in it myself!! STILL a HUGE fan!! Peace from Essex, Ny

  • even the sleeping can wake up for a funeral... sad thats just about the only time...

shows they can wake up... good luck.. i hope your pillows soft

  • over the years becoming more and more one of my favorites bands of all time

  • The Tragically Hip as beautiful symbiotic combination of Charles Dickens and Led Zeppelin.

  • Day for Night is as good a record as OK Computer, Nevermind, Sgt. Pepper's, Rust Never Sleeps, or friggin' Beethoven's Ninth

but you and I already knew that, didn't we ;)

  • YES!

  • such comment is unspoken truth

  • I would have to agree, I was 15 when this came out and its as memorable as Nevermind, Ten, Melloncollie and the Infinate sadness. In my opionion this was their peak, Trouble at The Hen House was great followup.

  • This video is by Bob Lanois (that's him in the beginning) and filmed at "the shack". Love it. Thanks for posting.

  • My favourite Hip song! Love the vocal melody!

  • Ahhhhhh, another classic. "...I saw your hands melt into one another I saw you grieve and grow

care a lot about one another..." - poetry in motion. Thanks Gordo.

  • Good Raw album. I like the "off the floor" production.

  • yeah its... there, where ever there is.

  • sorry...i didn't mean to cast aspersions on pot smokers: i have lots of ganja-lovin' friends but I'm just not a fan of THC or alcohol

didn't mean to come across like a Prohibitionist...

smoke 'em if you got 'em!

  • Great song, great video.
