10. Demolition because these was played in the same concert and the video doesnt has these songs like 1. all apologies 2. blew 3. the man who sold the world 3. sliver 4. about a girl , etc....

An even better question would be, "Why wasn't all of MTV's footage of the Live and Loud performance given a formal release rather than the '92 Reading performance?" I mean, I enjoy the Reading show, but for me, this is a better performance and a better setlist. And seriously, between Live! Tonight! Sold Out! and the DVD on In the Lights Out, didn't we have enough Nevermind-era footage already?
