But there is a perception about IR relationships in the Black community that a black women will sometimes seek out a white man and have baby because of the belief of "light skin" and "loosely curled" hair makes their kids cuter. It gives alot of people in IR relationships a bad name because some people intentionally do this sometimes and that was their sole reason to get in a relationship with the guy.
@dearestjen Well, actually it's pretty natural to seek out partners for their genetics. It's called natural selection and some features are found to be more interesting to other people. There's nothing wrong with choosing a partner with genetics that you favor. I admit that I do that.

I was breast pumping and feeding, and we did co-sleep here and there only because she was sick..it is hard to not co-sleep but im telling you they will be looking to sleep with you and not want to sleep in their own space when they are old enough to understand a little. my daughter is practically 1 and she cries sometimes to sleep with us, but after she ends up ok. hang in there girl lol
she may be inclined to the pacifier when she gets a little older...because she's a nursing baby, she may not be interested in tasting anything but warm skin...wow hun, 167 is awesome...she's sucking all of the pounds off of you!
