@ChulaKirby : The bank bailout (called TARP - Troubled Assets Recovery Program) was passed BEFORE Obama became president. It was what the Republicans HAD to admit to ($750 billion). They were hoping that the bailout would not be needed for another 6 months, but they miscalculated. It's OK Chula most "low information voters" are republicans and they would blame Obama anyway. You are just one of many who only have limited experience with facts and are prone to hyperbole (dat be lies, to you).
