After 2 full years of this video being up, I have finally concluded that many of those who have watched this, and concluded that the pictures refer only to events which occurred BEFORE 1864 HAVE entirely missed the point, while others properly perceived that the ladies and gentlemen in the latter half of the video, lived, worked and slaved in the 20th Century, and do so until this very day.

This would account for the statements of those who think only of LEGAL slavery as slavery.

Why don't you go and argue your point with the authors of the source artticle for the paragraph found easily by you on Wikipedia, and while you are there, see if you can distinguish one degree of slavery from another.

Indentured servitude does not count, as it was as individual a state as was debtor's prison or any other kind of penal institution not a perpetually inherited second class status.
