The governor needs to speak plainly to people during an emergency. All of these elected officials need to do the same. Why? Because you will always have a group of moronic people who don't heed the warnings, and then some of those morons put the lives of first responders in danger because they have gotten their dumb arses washed out into some storm drain, etc.
