@jolenaddy@jolenaddy It's at an art and music festival in Japan called Hikari Matsuri. It's an awesome festival. The girl in the video, Miki, and myself performed hoop together at the festival.
Oh wow, that's really cool! I'm a hoop dancer located in Canada; it's always interesting to see what festivals there are internationally. Looks like a lot of fun!
