  • mini danny devito with man titties

  • usaf depper, 1.5 mile in 9:40 50 pushups 65 crunches

but i can fail the pt test b/c of body comp? what sense does that make?

  • @Eirik36 >depper

    One day you will understand

  • The PT test is so broken. An over weight SSGT today took her PT test. She settled for the minimum. She did her 17 pushups and 20 something sit ups and STOPPED with time still running on the clock. She barely made her run time and passed with just over a 70. I failed my PT test today. I ran my mile and half in 10:32 and did 63 pushups in 1 min. I did not however did the minimum amount of sit ups and failed with an 80+ score without the situps...

  • @4Croix4

so you failed situps and bitch about the pt test.... airforce figures...

  • The waist thing is really stupid

  • Oh, just measure peepees and quit arguing like little girls at Sunday school.

  • lol

  • This is pretty funny..I don't know about Air Force but judging my the Army's weight standards I can see where you are coming from!! haha...Check out my video "Monthly Counseling Army"....I posted it in the video response...Any Army NCO can appreciate...and a lot of Soldiers know where I am coming from! hahaha enjoy, share, and subscribe! MTF!

  • These videos are grossly wrong. No 40-inch waist guy no matter how tall, could ever run a 1.5 mile in under 7 minutes. People have no idea where these standards come from. Get a clue and stop infecting others with your bad attitude.

  • @dallske1 It was meant as an exaggeration. Stop being overcritical about the person who made the video.

  • @Valiant91 I don't really care about your opinion, as you don't care about mine. Stop being overcritical about others who are critical. You seem to think fighting fire with fire is effective.

  • @dallske1 I wasn't being overcritical. I pointed out the flaws in your argument. Stop being so sensitive.

  • @Valiant91 Flaws in argument? Stop talking, writing and responding to me altogether. Wow.

  • @dallske1 I never spoke to you, and I don't have to stop responding. There is such a thing as free speech. I am exercising that in-alienable right. Who are you to say what I should do?

  • @Valiant91 Funny, that is what i was doing in the first place. who are you to say how to respond to a dumb video on youtube?

  • @dallske1 Because you were being over-critical on an exaggeration. For all I know, the author of the video could be like the character in the video, so it could be truth. You don't know either but you decided to be judgmental about it. Showing your shortsightedness and arrogance. Please reconsider what you said earlier because you yourself are not on expert on these PT tests. You'll find both my own opinion and yours invalid in the the face of an expert.

  • @Valiant91 I really don't care how you judge my opinion, for it is opinion. You are missing the point. I can be criticized but the video cannot. I don't care how non-serious it was. I don't care what you think of it or me. This is a place where we post opinion on the videos we see. I will continue to consider your opinion like you consider mine: worthless.

  • These are never funny and all use the same lame "lol cursing" humor.

  • OMG so funny...sadely true somewhat too

  • Lmao! This happened to my friend too!

  • They failed me in '10 for "not doing situps correctly" even though I maxed pushups and ran a 1037, and my situps were perfect. Asswhipes.

  • @100PercentOJ Was this during BMT? You didn't graduate for not doing situps correctly?

  • @TrackStar828 No, it was an official AF PT test.

  • @100PercentOJ what happens, do you get discharged?

  • @TrackStar828 They sent me to FIP and after 2 days I told them it was retarded for me to be there because I am in great shape and the civilians don't know what the fuck they're doing.

  • just do some female hormones, for a few months

and all your fat on Your belly,

will wind-up down on Your ass

  • This is their way of downzsizing

  • So classic air force. Everyone knows that this whole PT fiasco is because Mother Air Force is trying to get rid of people. What better way than to come up with this "standard" that a pesron standing 6"4 should have the same waist standards as someone 5"4. But hey, integrity first, right?

  • @jacksonville021 Right before I got out(the year of 2008), I think they were doing PT tests every 6 months as opposed to the usual once-a-year. I did have integrity to keep going to the gym to maintain, and not overindulge myself in eating.

There was a reg that ENTITLED every airman up to 5 duty hours per week to exercise, which of course included squadron PT sessions. I never got enough of a workout with the squadron, which was one example of when I started going "rogue" later on...

  • Fuck this sums up pretty much everything about this new PT test

  • Yep this is all bullshit, when I was in it was a BMI nomogram, and some of the fat bastards with stripes from asshole to elbow still tried to push that paperwork under a pile of ancient forms because they couldnt pass anything.

  • air force gets graded by civilians?

  • @syncflame Yes, because they figured that too many people were getting the buddy discount.

  • I'm guessing this happened to you or someone you know. Sucks!

    Thumbs up!

  • It really shouldn't matter how much you fuckin weigh as long as you are condition for camp & not slowing your squad down. Its fucking annoying knowing the fact I have to do all this shit just to get in! I see fat people in the Army, Navy, & Air Force all the time & can't stop wondering how in the fuck are these people still in the military. I got 2 college conference championship rings as a starter you get awarded shit like that by not being conditioned!

  • Just another TRUTH about the USAF. Wow.....I really wish "Integrity First" actually meant something in today's USAF!!!!!

  • As a member of the airforce i can definatively say that if you do as this gentleman did you would in fact pass the pt test because they would do a body fat content test. Still a hilarious video though.

  • ha...is funny cuz its true........

  • Really guys, you post some of your scores like they're impressive or something. I used to run 2 miles in under 11 mins with over 100 push-ups and sit-ups on my AFPT. I was 6'2" 230lbs and got tape-tested all the damn time for being ~45lbs "over-weight"... the funny part is that I had a 6 pack. Standards are just a dumb way to measure individuals, genetics are funny like that. BMI is stupid as well, if body composition is important to the Military, they should use accurate body fat measurement.

  • @Darkzen24 First off the AFPT has always been 1 min of pushups/situps and i DOUBT you did over 100. The run has always been 1.5 miles and considering you've lied your ass out about everything else i'm gonna assume that you've never run anything close to that. Obviously you are a fatass who got kicked out of the military and is now posting on this video cause you're butthurt.

  • @ryanjoslin You're stupid and wrong. The AFPT (Army Physical Fitness Test, key word being Army), is a 2 mile run and 2 minutes of push-ups/sit-ups (each). So know what the fuck you're talking about before inserting your foot into your mouth. Don't hate because you don't know what hard work is... I was Infantry and a model soldier... I earned E-4 in 18 months (via wavier) and received 2 ARCOMs, all in only 3 years of service. I also have a challenge coin from General Reimer (Army JCOS, 95-99).

  • @Darkzen24 Heads up, the video says AIR FORCE PT TEST WAIST MEASUREMENT why don't you actually post something relevant?? Grats on the rank and awards? I know plenty of Army 6 year personnel that are like almost E-7.. they hand that crap out like candy. When i was deployed WITH the army DOING THE SAME THING all of them got bronze stars FOR VALOR hahahaha what a joke.

  • @ryanjoslin So now it's my fault because you cannot read properly? I see they don't teach accountability in the Air Force...

Man up and just admit that you called me out and were wrong, due to your own ignorance.

I also don't care what today's Army looks like, I served in a different era. My accomplishments weren't commonplace during my time, regardless of how easy they are to acheive these days. Compare apples to apples, partner.

  • @ryanjoslin In fact, you are a Staff Sergeant working out of Offut AFB, Nebraska in the Systems/Maintenance Operations Flight 2nd Sys Operations Squadron AFSC 3D0X2 (computer/server guy working for weather dudes?). You just sewed on SSgt around March 2011. You live in Bellevue, Nebraska. How good is that Hangul really, Ryan Kim? You ever go someplace you weren't supposed to go in Itaewon, buddy? You don't look really physically fit to me. Make sure you know who you're typing to before you do so.

  • @beanoboo Grats you can do a few internet searches like a champion, 98.4 on my PT test I can share that with you if you want. My hangul is good enough to get paid 300$ a month, any other questions?

  • @ryanjoslin No, dude. However, I do recommend you make your profiles private before I open up a bank account and/or knock on your front door (jk).

  • "I'm tired of getting ass raped by fat old bastards who have no clue"-My thoughts exactly. I'm 6"7" 230lbs. I'm relatively thin. I would have scored excellent on almost all my PT tests since ergo ended if jackasses took height into account along with the waist size. How is someone who is 7 feet tall expected to have the same waist size as someone who is five feet tall? How retarded can they be? How could they not have thought of this when they made the rules?

  • @beanoboo these are the same people who came up with the idea for the new PT gear and ABUs...I have come to expect this from our leadership.

  • @beanoboo i'm 6'3 207 and my waist currently is 32.5. You should be at what 35? if you're higher, it's cause your body fat content is high because you are in fact a fat bastard.

  • @ryanjoslin I'm 6'7" tall and and 235 lbs. My flat waist size (before I start getting concave) is 34 inches. I just ran a triathlon in September. I just received an excellent score on my fit test. The flat waist (no body fat size) of someone who is 5'2" is always below 32.5". The fact is that taller folks have to work harder to keep their waist size down and are held to a higher standard because of their height.

  • Same boat. Im 6'1 i weigh about 230lbs. I bench 405 max, i performed 90 push-ups, 60 sit-ups and I ran the 1.5 miles in 10:23, but my waist was 39.5. As God is my witness I failed my PT test, lost my assignment to Osan, but got deployed to Kandahar. Wait let me get this straight. Im too fat for Osan, but Im fit enough for Kandahar!?!?! BTW this was my second to Afghanistan and I have served in Iraq twice. Talk about fair! This test is a joke! Do away with the waist measurement all together

  • @Philosophat75 Maybe you should stop eating so much junk food and drinking so much beer. You clearly have the aptitude for physical fitness but you fail in the follow through for maintaining a healthy diet. Also, you didn't do 90 pushups on your 60 second test. There is no need to exaggerate. I believe you can do 90 pushups but not in 60 seconds with your build.

  • "Air Force leadership can suck my Schwartz"

    Not-so subtle hint there...

  • DUDE I have a buddy who can run the 1.5 in under 10min & max his sit ups & pushups but will still fail.. he's 6'4" and can crush most AF guys... its a joke!!!

  • I knew a 250 pound Boomer that was 5'9" and had a 16% BMI that failed... he could rip a phone book in half. but yet, he failed because the Air Force didnt, maybe still don't acknowledge BMI has priority over gross weight.

  • So the 5 people who disliked this are those who administer the PT test and are delusional... juss' sayin'

  • fuckin a preach! im 6'7" 240. fuck p.t. airforce pt tests. when i was in i never passed a waist measurment and im sure im more in shape and stronger than 95% of the fat ass airforce. WOOO

  • @andersyenpow 6'7" 240 lbs and your waist was higher then 39.5? Yeah.. you were a fatass.

  • So true! Coming from an AF Reserve member.

  • why are civilians running air force pt test?

  • @sakonhagakure Because the Air Force is retarded. Apparently people were being stupid and fudging PT test results, so they decided to use civilians.

YAY!! 19 days left before I'm out!! ^_^

  • @TerraHv1

wouldn't it be alot easier and cheaper just to punish the NCO's/officers who cheat instead of bringing in civilian contractors?

  • @sakonhagakure Fraud waste and abuse, just wasting hard earned taxpayer dollars on civilian testers

  • I run my mile and a half in 10:30, 55 sit ups, and 52 push ups. But because of my waiste, I have failed my P T test.

  • Comment removed

  • Grant is stoned, we don't use BMI.

FUCK the PT test. It's not even a test of directional fitness, it doesn't show if you can hump a pack or build a bunker in MOPP 4.

  • Honestly had no clue the air force was required to PT let alone take tests for fitness lol

  • i just failed my PT test on the sit ups by 3 of them. i pissed

  • "You sir are a gigantic vajayjay. I hope you are gang raped by spider monkeys without vaseline after I leave this room, dickweed. Have a great Air Force day."

LMAO at that last line!!!! xD

  • what program did u use to do this?

  • So true! My husband is a "block" person...and was built like a bodybuilder. He was strong and very fit...but he couldn't get the girlish waist the AF wanted. Now we're civilian and I HATE it.

  • So funny and true... Im a ptl/ufpm, but ill be the front row if you ask who thinks the pt test is a little unfair(for some in a situation like this). But usually, its only 10% of gi's fall in this issue, 90% who has big waist are just really fat. What they need to do is when this occur, and they want to fight it, they will have an alternate to taping which could be a body fat measurement specially in the middle area, and also at the same time the heart rate monitor. Then if you pass those, it s

  • ha, but this is actually not true, if you have a BMI of under 25, you automatically get full points on the waist

  • LMAO! I had to put up with the same crap in the Marines. Funny but when it was time to hump something heavy 12 miles it always wound up on my back.

  • this if funny..but true. i really wish they'd get rid of civilian testers as well!

  • @notmyrealname205 they did get rid of the civilians, now all they do is walk around and watch while a fellow airman counts

  • this is extremely funny. :) and there's truth to it!

  • wow not only is it funny, but also very much true

  • Matt...this video, and all the other cartoonish monotone sounding ones like it are made at xtranormal d o t c o m

    Good luck with your video.

  • i'm 37 but they want all airmen to look 20. impossible! guess i'll never see Smgt this lifetime. oh well.

  • They need to get rid of these damn civilian testers.

  • One word. Epic.

  • @tearitdown99 Got a better word: Accurate

  • This is great! All these people need to shut up. Most of you are bulimic and can't run 1/8 of a mile without stoping to catch your breath. But of course the Air Force is trying to make everybody look the same and not giving two shits if the person can run out and save peoples lives. Who cares about that stuff anyways? It's all about the image and not the "mission"

  • 99% of the people who fail the waist measurement need to lose weight, I feel sorry for the 1% that fall into the category of this guy though.

  • @Chadsexington985 If your waist is a factor taking points from other parts of the test then yes. Maybe it's just me, but I have a problem with (and I swear this is no exaggeration) someone who is so physically weak they can't open the door to let themselves out the hmmwv and then get to attend training to be a K-9 handler when they weigh less than the fucking dog and yet the AF considers them "Fit to Fight" cause they got a 22 inch waist.

  • @nykk20 I was just saying that most people bitching about the waist measurement run out of breathe going up the stairs I wasn't defending the test at all it sucks that some fat fucks can pass while other less fat people fail.

  • I laughed my ass off, thanks man

  • The pt test is a joke... U put someone on a flat track to run 6 laps???? Try puttin there gear on them an havin yen fireman carry someone 100 yards? Or something with ur gas mask? But I forgot.. This is the air force and we don't do that type of stuff.... And yet we still call it the military as an A1C carries there Starbucks into there office at finance and does NOTHING.. Gotta love it.

  • @manny300 You must work for the HAWC or you're a horrible 1st shirt somewhere. Everyone knows this test is ridiculous. If someone with a bigger waist is lapping a smaller guy on the track and maxing out on pushups and sit ups, who gives a shit about his waist size?! So glad I'm out. People like you actually defending this crap crack me up.

  • I have 3 friends who can max out everything else but have a 40" waste so they can't pass. they all got to the gym for at least 3 hours every other day and run on the days they don't go. they keep getting other things too but nothing helps. they just can't get any smaller. it's not their fault. they can get a 90% but fail because of the way they're built.

  • "I will slam you in the taint until you can't see, you cock fuck"

    Priceless

  • Just passed with a 92 but this shit just made my day! So true though so many guys in spec ops have this problem

  • Totally realistic ...stupid af pt test!

  • if the PT test made sense. then it wouldnt be AF

  • Danny DeVito Man Titties!

  • just tested this is funny (passed by the way)

  • LMAO !!!!!!!!!!

  • They should take the waist measurement off the PT test and add it to the PHA...

  • @awolf124 please push that i have a 28" waist but i know a lot of my supervision doesn't and it's BS because they taught me everything and they're great. but they're getting kicked out because of these AFI's..

  • I you can do the numbers required then you should pass the test.

  • Haha yea, damn PT test isn't very accurate.

    Ehh, whatever..

  • YOU HAVE FAIL.....HAHAH.. its call DENIAL..! i HAVE SEEN LOTS OF FATTIES AND SOMEHOW BELIEVE THEY ARE THE NEXT "TROY"

  • Ridiculous! haha awesome though. ha

  • I'm 37 years old been in the Air Force 15 years now and recently failed my PT test having a 40 inch waste. First and foremost yes I could stand to lose a few pounds you wont hear an argument out of me there HOWEVER I max push ups and sit ups and run faster than a lot of much thinner people do and yet I still fail becuase of 1 inch on the waste line. I'm 6'4 240lbs so let me ask you this. Who would you want pulling you out of a hostile area someone like me or someone who has a 32 inch waste.

  • Maybe Air Force leadership will watch this and make the smart decesion to change our PT tests. The way the AF tests now is not appropriate and does not determine the physical fitness standard of each individual. Tall people will always have bigger waist, that's just how we are built. To have a minimum in each category does not make sense. I would like to monitor the tests of our senior leaders who are big around the waist but still manage to stay in the AF. Where is the integrity there?

  • Ronnie Coleman weighs 295lbs and is 5'11. his waist was 38" at his last mr olympia championship. I do not feel sorry for people with a 40' waist.

  • @03Godzilla86 yeah and thats his comp weight after cutting.... oh yeah, and hes a professional body builder.... i have several friends under 6' and well over 200lbs with under 10% body fat that have a 40 inch waist... bone structure and muscle density does also have a big part to play....you're obviously an idiot, just stop

  • @03Godzilla86 I made this video. I'm 6'5" and after struggling with the 40" waist standard, worked my ass off and lost 51 pounds and nailed my last test with a 32.5" waist. But I have friends in the same boat, who are taller than me that struggle with this PT test. I'd say they are in just as good shape as me. This test is a joke.

  • @BigKingVegas The test is a joke. No doubt. To look at every single person and tell them they have to be a 35 - 39 inch waste regardless of age, height, and body size is just idiocy. I failed with a 41 inch waste and maxed everything else and at 37 years old it's getting harder and harder to keep the weight off other than starvation which it appears is what the Air Force would prefer we do. I have to eat 1000 calories a day just to maintain and that is unhealthy.

  • @BigKingVegas Look, short people dont get their run times adjusted because their legs are short so why do tall people need their AC measurements tweaked? A big waist is a big waist. Maybe they should work their ass off like you did. Test is not a joke...Jokes on you when you gotta stand in front your commander and explain why youre fat. Good luck in BEWELL class.

  • @manny300zx Damn straight.

  • Comment removed

  • @BigKingVegas congrats on losing the weight and crushing this stupid test. Can I ask, what program did you use to make this video? I have a co-worker retiring next month and this would be a perfect send-off.

    Thanks man,

    Matt

  • @BigKingVegas i think loosing weight having 2 get into the military test is better, bc im in the dep program and im having no trouble with the running pushups or situps, while others in my dep program who didnt are having mass amounts of trouble

  • @BigKingVegas

Jesus christ, did you go to Ethiopia to get that waist size? Scrawny assed chicks have a 28-30 inch waist. You must be ripped as fuck.

  • @BigKingVegas Your waist is suppose to be half your height in inches.......your height is 77 inches, the biggest your waist should be is 38.5 but with proper diet and exercise you could easily get to 35 inches

  • @TheBlakejerome Supposed? If we're talking exemplary like a proper adonis index it's for like .447. 34.42 for a 6'5" person.

  • @03Godzilla86

I have a friend that is a huge weight lifter. He maxed his push-ups and sit-ups and ran his big butt around that track faster than most. full points for all areas...except waist. He is in better shape than most. Probably both you and I combined and still failed because of waist. Of course he got to do the body fat measurement test after much heartache and aggrivation. I think whoever designed the PT test was an idiot!! So I guess someone with a 40" waist is in good shape.

  • Oh, and as far as pull ups. He can't be beat!!!!!

  • @03Godzilla86 I'm 6'5" and I have a 38" waist so I'm sure anyone who has a 40" waste around my height is in very similar shape as me. So your analysis is wrong there my friend. Sorry.

  • @shidoski I'm 6'4 240 with a 41 inch waste am I skinny? No. Am I fat? Hell no it depends on your build as well. Put my 41 inch waste on someone who is 5'8 and they will be a fat ass. My 41 inch waste looks normal on me yet I'm fat via Air Force standards. It's not the height but the height and BUILD of the person combined. Sure there are many tall people who have under 39 inch waste but seriously look you say you are 6'5 with a 38 inch waste so tell me why dont you have a 35 inch waste.

  • @dustinandstacy Whats your body fat percentage? Get a bod pod readout. I'm 6'3 about 207lbs and in great shape, 32.5 inch waist 98.4 on pt test. When I was 230 I had a 39 inch waist and still passed the PT test but i sure as hell was fat. If i gained 25 lbs of pure muscle right now, my wasit would not go up that drastically. I think you're lying and are actually fat, you just don't consider yourself so.

  • @shidoski If you had a 35 inch waste at 6'5 you would be a bean pole and probably unhealthy so you are still being penalized for your 38 inch waste even though you are under the max by only one inch. My point is there are tall people and there are tall big bodied people who are still fit but dont measure up to the stupid ass AF standard. Defend it all you want but frankly holding every single memeber of the AF regardless of age and body type is pure idiocy.

  • @dustinandstacy Idk, I'm 6'4" and weigh in the 240s but most of my weight is in my lower body. I have a 35 in waist and that is because right now I am not in my best shape. Normally, I am at the 33-34 inch mark. I'm not a bean pole by any means. Personally, I think the test is too easy. I was like 260 lbs. when I took my last test but I did well on the run, get 100 for my waist at 35 in, and was two away from the sit up max. I'm glad I didn't, but personally I think I should have faile

  • @03Godzilla86 If the AF started making flying a requirement i bet 85% would also fail. Congratulations on stating the obvious. The ultimate point the video is trying to make (in my opinion) is that it's a bit bias and at times they're kicking the wrong people out and leaving the wrong people in.

  • @03Godzilla86 I bet you're a skinny little shit arent you, i remember guys like you in my day, think you're a BAMF, when really you're just little.... dont hate just cause you tiny

  • @03Godzilla86 your stupid as fuck you gay man lady

  • you have failed your lego pt test!

  • hahaha...i will slam you in the taint you cock cuck! hahahahaha

  • LOL, nice.

  • LMAO!!!!!! I did just go through this!!!!!!!!!!

  • And this is a whole .001% of the failures. The rest are the actual fat people that litter the Air Force.

  • @RagAndGrinderMan whats fucked is that the really fat ass people are the senior ncos and brass, but their score usually gets that amazing rounding up from like 50 something to passing

  • rofl, someone needs to foward this to Gen. Schwartz and Cheif Roy.

  • someone should forward this to Schwartz

  • i hate the god damned civilians who give this fucking test. fuck the new af, fuck PT

  • I failed with a 90 and passed with a 77.....

  • @TheScooby90909 you're a loser for failing

  • "I can pull 6 wounded G.I.s from a burning HMVEE in full body armor without breaking a sweat...

You have failed your PT test."

  • @DarkFox292 you would of been a true physical badass if you pulled the HMVEE from the fire. but sadly you didnt hydrate enough.

  • LMAO!!!! I think i just went thru this!!!

  • hahah this is hilarious! i am a ptl and it is soooo true!

  • HHa that is awesome!!! Reminds me of my recent pt test! Lmao

  • I LOVE IT!!! SO TRUE!!!
