LOL, never use a sniper rifle and the bomb in a same level. I did it in this level and got professional rank (not silent assasin). Plus I killed NO one else in the process, no witness and no blown covers. Still fun though.

My method: I enter the opera. I take the jacket I mean the real WWII pistol. Than in the toilet i sedate the worker, put him in the box. Than I go down. I place the bomb above the stage. Than I go to the room of the singer. I wait for him, i change the pistol. Go back, change my clothes back in the toilet. I wait for the "scene". When the guy run to the stage I explode the bomb. Than bye bye.

There is other way: you trade the fake gun that the actor uses by a real and plant a bomb on the stage.

so the guy dies in the stage and when the other guy goes check you explode with the bomb

go behind the stage with a sniper

snipe the guy on the balcony

when the actor pulls out the fake gun and points it at your other target snipe him

or u culd sawp the guns, put the mine where that dude is at. not the lighting rig but make sure its jus above the actos head. then after he shoots that idiot richard delahunt will go on the stage n start crying, n then u blow that up so it comes crash on him betta then tryna tyme it. becuz hes gona stay there forever. n then u can either kill all the witnesses, or u can leave ur choice :)

I love this mission. I did this silently too, even though you don't have to. I'm so sad, I did this level eight times trying all possiblities; bombing, changing the props and going from the basement lol.

Well I did the changing props thing, planted the bomb on the lights and waited, actor kills child molestor :P Delahunt runs over to him detonate but I made sure no guards were up there with him and boom dead. Silent Assassin rating on Pro :P
